Lakhiani emphasized his substantial contributions to the American economy over more than two decades, mentioning that he has been paying US taxes for 22 years and currently leads a global organization with 230 employees.

In his statement, Lakhiani criticized what he perceives as growing fear-based political rhetoric targeting immigrants, suggesting that America is becoming "closed and narrow-minded" due to leadership that chooses to "blame immigrants instead of offering real solutions." He expressed optimism that upcoming elections might bring positive change to this situation.
