According to local officials, she holds the distinction of being the oldest voter in the Supaul district.

The second phase of Bihar Assembly polls witnessed a substantial voter turnout of 67.14 percent by 5 pm on Tuesday, according to Election Commission data.

Kishanganj district recorded the highest participation at 76.26 percent, with Katihar following at 75.23 percent. Other significant turnout figures included Purnia at 73.79 percent, Supaul at 70.69 percent, Purvi Champaran at 69.02 percent, and Banka at 68.91 percent.

Additional district participation rates included Araria (67.79 percent), Arwal (63.06 percent), Aurangabad (64.48 percent), Bhagalpur (66.03 percent), Jahanabad (64.36 percent), Kaimur (67.22 percent), Paschim Champaran (69.02 percent), and Gaya (67.50 percent).

Jamui recorded 67.81 percent voter participation, while Rohtas saw 60.09 percent, Sheohar 67.31 percent, Sitamarhi 65.28 percent, and Madhubani 61.79 percent.

Among key constituencies, Supaul registered 69.72 percent turnout, Sasaram 60.97 percent, Mohania 68.24 percent, Kutumba 62.17 percent, Gaya Town 58.43 percent, Chainpur 67.41 percent, Dhamdaha 74.20 percent, Harsiddhi 70.98 percent, and Jhanjharpur 57.73 percent.

This second phase holds particular significance as it will determine the electoral fate of 12 ministers from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's cabinet. JD(U) leaders contesting include Vijendra Yadav (Supaul), Lesi Singh (Dhamdaha), Jayant Kushwaha (Amarpur), Sumit Singh (Chakai), Mohammad Jama Khan (Chainpur), and Sheela Mandal (Phoolparas).

BJP ministers participating in this phase include Prem Kumar (Gaya), Renu Devi (Bettiah), Vijay Kumar Mandal (Sikati), Nitish Mishra (Jhanjharpur), Neeraj Bablu (Chhatapur), and Krishnanandan Paswan (Harsiddhi).
