Bhopal Model, 21, Found Dead After Being Abandoned at Hospital: Suspicious Circumstances and Missing Boyfriend Raise Questions

A 21-year-old model, Khushboo Ahirwar, was discovered dead under mysterious circumstances early Monday morning after her boyfriend allegedly abandoned her at a private hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Sehore district, then disappeared.

Medical staff at the Bhainsakhedi hospital in Sehore district pronounced her dead on arrival and notified authorities. Her body was transferred to Gandhi Medical College in Bhopal for autopsy, which is being conducted under magisterial supervision following the family's allegations.

Lakshmi Ahirwar, the victim's mother, wept outside the hospital, claiming her daughter was murdered. "There are blue marks covering her body. Her face is swollen, and her private parts are bruised. My daughter was violently beaten to death," she stated.

The victim's sister added, "She was strangled. There are bruises everywhere. We demand justice. The person responsible for her death must face punishment."

According to family members, Khushboo had been in a live-in relationship with 27-year-old Qasim, who has vanished since leaving her at the hospital. Police reports indicate the couple was traveling from Ujjain to Bhopal when Khushboo's health suddenly deteriorated. Qasim reportedly fled after seeing her unconscious instead of remaining with her.

Three days prior to the incident, Qasim reportedly contacted Khushboo's mother saying, "I am Muslim, but your daughter is with me. Don't worry, I'm taking her to Ujjain." Later, Khushboo herself called to reassure her family: "Don't worry, Qasim is a good person. I'm with him."

This proved to be the final conversation the family would have with her.

Known online by her Instagram handle @DiamondGirl30, Khushboo was an emerging local model with thousands of followers. She regularly shared glamorous photoshoots and brand partnerships, establishing herself as a promising talent in Bhopal's modeling community.

She had discontinued her education after completing her first year of a BA program and had been residing in Bhopal for three years, supporting herself through part-time employment while pursuing her modeling aspirations. "She always expressed her desire to make her name well-known," her mother recalled.

Khushboo's sister made a public appeal to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav: "This occurred in your jurisdiction. Please, sir, take action. My sister deserves justice."

Authorities have registered a case and initiated a search for Qasim, who remains missing. Police officials confirmed that the nature of Khushboo's injuries suggests assault and possible sexual violence.

"We are awaiting the autopsy report. All possibilities, including sexual assault and murder, are under investigation," stated an officer from Parwalia Police Station.

As the postmortem examination continues and the search for Qasim intensifies, questions arise about how a young woman pursuing her dreams met such a tragic end.
