Istanbul:
Turkey's senior diplomatic team, including the foreign minister, defense minister, and intelligence chief, is scheduled to visit Pakistan this week. Their mission is to facilitate discussions regarding the intermittent peace negotiations between Pakistan and Afghanistan aimed at establishing stability in South Asia, as announced by President Tayyip Erdogan.
According to the official statement released Sunday following Erdogan's return flight from Baku, where he held talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, this high-level tripartite delegation's primary objective is to help secure a lasting ceasefire and establish peaceful relations between the neighboring nations as expeditiously as possible.
