7-Year-Old Girl Hospitalized After Brutal Stray Dog Attack Caught on CCTV in Telangana

Seven-year-old Sreeja was admitted to hospital following a vicious attack by several stray dogs in Telangana's Hanamkonda. The young child suffered serious injuries during the frightening incident that occurred on a local road.

Surveillance footage captured the terrifying moment around 7:50 am on Saturday. The CCTV video shows Sreeja walking alone when she encounters three dogs initially lying on the road. As she continues her path, four additional dogs suddenly charge toward her. The child falls to the ground, at which point all seven dogs surround and begin attacking her while she cries out desperately for help.

Fortunately, a passerby heard Sreeja's screams and rushed to intervene, wielding a stone to scare off the pack. The dogs scattered when they noticed the approaching man. The Good Samaritan then assisted the distressed child before she was quickly transported to a medical facility for treatment.

Residents in the area have expressed outrage toward the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, accusing local authorities of failing to address the growing stray dog problem in their neighborhood. They claim negligence in managing this public safety issue.
