Security Guard Assaulted in Ghaziabad After Stopping Dog from Littering: Multiple Dog-Related Incidents Caught on CCTV

Both men were separated after more people intervened.

A resident struck the security guard of a high-rise complex in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad district following a dispute that erupted when the guard prevented the resident's dog from littering.

The confrontation took place in Ghaziabad's Gaur Homes Elegant society. In the CCTV footage that has emerged, the resident can be observed holding his dog on a leash and engaging in an argument with the security guard and several other individuals in the parking area of the complex. The dog owner suddenly assaults the guard as another person attempts to intervene. The guard is seen retaliating and throwing several punches in self-defense.

The altercation ended when additional people stepped in to separate the two men. Law enforcement has been notified and is currently conducting an investigation into the incident.

In a separate dog-related incident, footage surfaced from Gujarat's Rajkot, where a pet dog attacked a woman, but instead of offering assistance, the dog owner slapped the victim.

This incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday at Surbhi Possible Flats on Rolex Road in Rajkot's Kotharia area and was recorded by CCTV cameras.

According to local reports, the dog belonged to a woman identified as Payal Goswami. The dog aggressively approached another resident, Kiran Vaghela, while she was waiting for an elevator. It remains unclear whether the dog actually bit her.

The subsequent footage shows her complaining to the man accompanying Goswami who was holding the leash, presumably asking him to exercise more caution.

However, rather than assisting Vaghela, the dog owner became angry and slapped her. The two individuals then engaged in a heated verbal exchange.
