The Trump administration has announced a significant price increase for international tourists visiting America's iconic national parks. Starting in 2026, foreign visitors will be required to pay an additional $100 surcharge on top of regular entry fees to access popular destinations such as the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone.
According to Tuesday's announcement from the Department of the Interior, which oversees the national park system, this new fee structure specifically targets non-US residents. Furthermore, the annual pass granting access to all national parks will see a dramatic increase for international visitors, with prices more than tripling from the current rate to $250.
This substantial fee hike applies exclusively to foreign tourists visiting America's most renowned natural attractions, while domestic visitors will continue paying standard rates.
