A 23-year-old Mexican fashion influencer has passed away following a brief disappearance reported by her family. Marian Izaguirre was discovered in critical condition at a hotel in Morelia, central Mexico, on September 6.
Medical personnel rushed her to a hospital where doctors subsequently pronounced her brain-dead due to complications with her health, according to People magazine. She died on September 12.
The prosecutor's office issued a statement confirming that Ms. Izaguirre was found in deteriorating health at the hotel, where she had reportedly been staying for several days. "Paramedics provided treatment before transporting her to a medical facility," the statement said, as reported by The NY Post.
Known for her fashion and lifestyle content, Marian Izaguirre had amassed a substantial following online. In a concerning development, she posted an enigmatic video four days before her disappearance showing herself in clown makeup, crying while lip-syncing to a song about love and abandonment.
