Violent Confrontation Between Rival Tow Truck Groups in Canada Leads to Arrest of Three Indian-Origin Men

Three individuals of Indian origin working as truck drivers have been apprehended following a violent confrontation between rival tow-truck organizations in Canada. Peel Regional Police are continuing their search for a fourth suspect, as they released footage of the shooting incident that occurred in Brampton.
The violent altercation took place at approximately 10:45 pm local time on October 7 in a parking area near McVean Drive and Castlemore Road. The confrontation between two separate groups escalated to gunfire. A senior police officer confirmed that one individual sustained injuries, though they were not life-threatening.
Police authorities stated, "After conducting a thorough investigation, officers identified three individuals affiliated with one of the involved groups. Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Caledon on November 20. This operation resulted in the location and arrest of the suspects."
The arrested individuals have been identified as Manjot Bhatti, Navjot Bhatti, and Amanjot Bhatti. The fourth suspect, who remains at large, has not been publicly named.
Manjot Bhatti faces multiple serious charges including intentional reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a loaded prohibited firearm, careless storage of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm, and being a vehicle occupant while knowing a firearm was present.
According to police reports, his bail hearing is scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton, though he has subsequently been released on bail.
Navjot Bhatti and Amanjot Bhatti are charged with being in the vehicle while aware of the presence of a firearm. Both individuals were released with specific conditions and are required to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a future date.
Peel Regional Police continue their efforts to locate the individual captured on video firing the weapon, described as a South Asian male wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and white running shoes.
