Good Samaritan Cab Driver Stabbed to Death While Attempting to Break Up Fight in Faridabad

A case has been registered at Sector 17 police station against unidentified persons.
A 40-year-old man was fatally stabbed when he attempted to intervene in a fight near Sector 17 bypass road, police reported on Monday.
The victim has been identified as Ravindra, a resident from Lalwa village in Palwal district, who was employed as a car driver in Sector 85 of Greater Faridabad.
According to police reports, Ravindra was traveling along the dividing line between Sectors 17 and 18 on Sunday when he witnessed a group of people engaged in a confrontation. He stopped his vehicle and tried to mediate, but was tragically stabbed by several men who quickly fled the scene on motorcycles.
Passersby alerted the authorities, and police arrived promptly at the location. They rushed Ravindra to a nearby hospital, where medical professionals pronounced him deceased.
"We have registered a case at Sector 17 police station against unidentified individuals. We are currently reviewing footage from nearby CCTV cameras and attempting to trace the suspects using their motorcycle license plate numbers," a senior police officer stated.
