58-Year-Old Man Suffers Fatal Heart Attack While Shopping in Karnataka: Captured on CCTV

A devastating incident occurred in Karnataka, where a 58-year-old man named Erannayya from Mandya district suddenly collapsed and died from a heart attack while shopping for paint.

The tragedy took place on Friday in Halagur town of Mandya district. CCTV footage spanning approximately 90 seconds captured Erannayya browsing the shop and engaging in conversation with the store owner.

About 40 seconds into the recording, Erannayya visibly began experiencing discomfort before his chin suddenly struck the shop counter. The shopkeeper, along with another man standing outside, quickly responded by helping him and carefully lowering him to the floor.

Instinctively, the second man attempted to revive Erannayya by rubbing metallic objects against his palms, although this method has no scientific validity as a resuscitation technique.

Additional bystanders soon gathered to offer assistance, but unfortunately, Erannayya died immediately at the scene.
