Pakistani Hindu Cricketer Danish Kaneria Praises Gautam Adani's Rs 100 Crore Commitment to Preserve Cultural Heritage and Knowledge

Former Pakistani cricketer Danish Kaneria has publicly expressed his admiration for industrialist Gautam Adani's commitment to cultural heritage preservation. In a social media post on X, Kaneria commended the Adani Group founder and chairman for pledging Rs 100 crore toward preserving culture and knowledge, emphasizing the vital importance of protecting our civilization's heritage.

"As a Pakistani Hindu, it pains me that while hundreds of Pakistan's ancient temples were neglected for decades, @gautam_adani commits Rs 100 crore to preserve culture and knowledge. This is the kind of respect every civilisation's heritage deserves," Kaneria stated in his X post.

Kaneria's appreciation follows Adani's announcement at the Global Indology Conclave regarding his Rs 100 crore commitment to establish the Bharat Knowledge Graph and provide support for scholars and technologists contributing to this significant mission.

During the conclave, Gautam Adani highlighted the importance of Indology, describing it as a disciplined study encompassing philosophy, art, medicine, mathematics, architecture, language, and governance. "When we study Indology, we do not look back to live in history, we look forward so that the best of history lives through us," Adani remarked.

This is not the first time Kaneria has praised Gautam Adani. Previously, he applauded the business leader for dedicating his wealth to serving Sanatan Dharma, particularly during Adani's participation in the Maha Kumbh and his efforts in distributing 'Mahaprasad' to pilgrims.

During the sacred Maha Kumbh rituals, Gautam Adani participated in various ceremonies, including preparing the 'Mahaprasad' and distributing it to attending pilgrims.

Kaneria had previously suggested that Gautam Adani's dedication to Sanatan Dharma was the reason global forces were working to undermine him. "This is exactly why forces around the world are working relentlessly to bring this man down. He's dedicating his wealth and resources to serving Sanatan Dharma, not pandering to any 'ecosystem'," Kaneria stated at that time.

He further expressed pride in having Adani as part of their community.
