One of the terror suspects arrested in connection with the 10/11 Delhi blast was reportedly preparing to flee the country, as sources reveal she had recently applied for a passport. Shaheen Saeed, a physician, had completed police verification for her passport, according to sources who shared a photograph taken during this verification process.

The devastating explosion near Red Fort on November 10, which involved an i20 car, resulted in 13 fatalities and injured nearly two dozen people. This terror incident in the national capital's heart triggered nationwide shock and prompted elevated security alerts across the country.

The investigation has identified four doctors from Al Falah University in Faridabad now under scrutiny for potential links to the Pakistan-based organization Jaish-e-Mohammad in relation to the blast. While Umar Mohammad, described as a bomb-making specialist, drove the i20 vehicle, three others—Adil Rather, Muzammil Shakeel, and Saeed—remain in police custody.

Following these developments, the National Medical Commission has revoked their professional registration.

The doctors were apprehended shortly before the explosion, with Jammu and Kashmir police successfully dismantling the terror network. During raids at properties rented by the suspects near Delhi, authorities discovered approximately 3,000 kg of explosives and bomb-manufacturing materials. Additionally, law enforcement found a rifle and ammunition in Saeed's vehicle.

According to earlier source reports, the accused had been orchestrating planned explosions in Delhi during clandestine meetings held in Muzammil's university accommodations. Sources suggest that Umar Mohammad proceeded with the attack out of desperation after learning about his associates' arrests.
