Restaurant Worker Stripped and Assaulted by Owner in Maharashtra: Disturbing Incident Captured on Video

Law enforcement officials have acknowledged the viral footage but have not yet apprehended the restaurant proprietor.

A disturbing incident has emerged from Pandharpur town in Maharashtra, where a restaurant employee was subjected to humiliation by being stripped and physically assaulted in the presence of his coworkers.

A brief 16-second video that has spread across social media platforms shows the restaurant worker standing in what appears to be the establishment's reception area.

The footage reveals the worker, completely unclothed, surrounded by fellow employees while the restaurant owner strikes him with a metal pipe.

In the video, the owner can be heard speaking in Marathi, saying, "Who do you think you are? What did you do?" The visibly distressed employee, on the verge of tears, attempts to walk away from the scene.

Despite the worker's attempt to leave, the owner demanded he return to his original position.

The motivation behind this violent assault remains unknown. Although police have taken notice of the circulating video, they have yet to take the restaurant owner into custody.
