In the photo, Rahil appears wearing a black hoodie and black trousers.
A lighthearted social media challenge quickly transformed into a sobering lesson for a young man from Pune.
Rahil, a 21-year-old, possessed a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle featuring an unauthorized, modified license plate. Rather than displaying the official registration number, the plate boldly stated "Will Run."
The situation escalated when Rahil's friend, Nitish K, shared an image of the motorcycle on X and directly provoked the Pune Police with the caption, "Catch me if you can."
The social media post displayed a Reddit screenshot stating, "Spotted this at a petrol pump in Kothrud. How are such fancy number plates allowed with so many traffic police and CCTVs around?"
The photograph showed Rahil seated on his striking bright-green motorcycle, dressed in black hoodie and trousers.

Within hours, law enforcement successfully tracked down and detained Rahil. They subsequently shared a "before and after" update on social media, including a video featuring Rahil, his face obscured, apologizing for his actions.
"The police noticed it and caught me within an hour. I apologise for this mistake and also urge you not to do something similar," he admitted in the recording.
Accompanying the video, Pune Police added a stern message: "Street's not the place to play, boy! We always keep our promises. Turns out the guy wasn't elusive enough. Played dangerous games, won dangerous prizes."

In a similar incident last week, a video circulating on X depicted two individuals consuming alcohol while riding a motorcycle in Gurugram, "openly challenging" the authorities.
The event reportedly occurred on Sohna Road in Gurugram, where the pair, neither wearing protective helmets, was captured holding beer bottles while operating a motorcycle. Officials stated that strict enforcement action would be taken against them, according to PTI.
