Air India announced the inauguration of direct flight services connecting Delhi to Manila, Philippines on Wednesday.

These new direct routes will operate five times weekly, with flights scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, providing travelers with flexible options throughout the week.

The airline has deployed Airbus A321LR aircraft for this route, featuring a comprehensive three-class cabin configuration that includes Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class seating arrangements to accommodate different passenger preferences.

According to an official statement from the carrier, this service expansion represents a significant enhancement to Air India's Southeast Asian network coverage.

With the addition of Manila to its destination portfolio, Air India now serves eight destinations across seven countries in the Southeast Asian region, strengthening its international presence.

The Air India group, which encompasses both Air India and its subsidiary Air India Express, currently maintains a fleet of over 300 aircraft serving an extensive network of 55 domestic and 45 international destinations.

This new connection is expected to improve travel accessibility and business connectivity between India and the Philippines, two important economic partners in the Asia-Pacific region.
