Adani Cement is making significant contributions towards India's Viksit Bharat 2047 vision through its innovative FutureX program, which creates meaningful bridges between educational institutions and industrial sectors.

This comprehensive initiative aims to enhance student development by providing practical learning experiences, exposure to cutting-edge research and innovation, and valuable opportunities to cultivate employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

The program creates direct connections between schools and universities with Adani Cement's operational facilities, laboratories, and research centers, ensuring students receive hands-on learning experiences that extend well beyond traditional classroom education.

Speaking at a recent event, Vinod Bahety, CEO of Adani Cement, emphasized, "Adani Cement FutureX represents our dedication to India's vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. While the Government implements the Yogya Bharat Mission to equip youth with employability and entrepreneurial skills, our initiative complements these efforts by establishing real-world learning connections across educational institutions."

Mr. Bahety highlighted Adani Cement's significant role in nation-building, noting that "cement is intimately connected with infrastructure and housing, which form the foundation of any economy."

Addressing the academic focus of the initiative, Mr. Bahety underscored the importance of developing future leaders. "Why should we not engage with academia? How can we support students who will become the future leaders for Viksit Bharat 2047?" he questioned, highlighting the program's goal of providing students with practical exposure to real-world industry operations.

Elaborating on the program's extensive reach, Mr. Bahety revealed that it currently encompasses 280 schools, 120 universities including prestigious IITs and NITs, and more than 400 academic institutions, impacting over 400,000 students. He reaffirmed the company's dedication to enhancing entrepreneurship and employability by providing students with valuable industry experience.

"We aim to engage closely with future leaders and provide them with real-life exposure," he stated, emphasizing the program's focus on practical application.
