Earlier in the week, Bihar's political leaders had congratulated the Prime Minister on their electoral success. Modi reminded them that "with great victory comes great responsibility," encouraging increased efforts for public welfare.

During Tuesday's NDA meeting, the Prime Minister characterized the country as being in a "reform express" phase. He explained that the government is implementing changes rapidly with precise objectives.

Modi emphasized that these reforms extend beyond economic or revenue considerations. Rather, they are fundamentally "citizen-centric," designed to eliminate everyday obstacles faced by the population, enabling them to ultimately achieve their fullest potential.
