The Yogi Adityanath administration has developed a detailed strategic plan to execute a "surgical strike" against infiltrators, with the objective of bolstering Uttar Pradesh's internal security framework.

According to an official statement released in Lucknow on Tuesday, the government has initiated a campaign to identify and take action against infiltrators as part of its zero-tolerance approach.

"This resolute measure will not only improve security conditions but also ensure government benefits reach legitimate recipients through transparent mechanisms," the statement indicated, highlighting that the blueprint's central focus remains conducting a "surgical strike" against infiltrators.

The administration intends to identify unauthorized residents and relocate them to detention facilities with enhanced security measures designed to prevent escapes, according to the announcement.

These stringent measures are anticipated to enhance the overall security landscape, decrease criminal activity, and strengthen public confidence in governance, the statement explained, noting that law enforcement capabilities will be further reinforced to provide citizens with increased safety assurances.

"Under Adityanath's determined leadership, crime rates across the state are expected to decrease, while law enforcement and security agencies will receive additional resources to combat illegal activities, particularly in districts along the border," the statement emphasized.

Acknowledging that infiltrators have historically benefited from government welfare programs at the expense of legitimate recipients, the statement indicated that properly identifying these individuals will ensure benefits reach their intended beneficiaries, preventing misappropriation of public funds and reducing corruption.

"This initiative will additionally create new employment opportunities for local youth and workers, establishing fairer competition and a more secure environment for job seekers," it stated.

Beyond security and employment benefits, this program will enhance citizen services. Administrative procedures including passport processing, verification procedures, and licensing will become more streamlined and efficient.

The statement noted that instances of fraudulent identification, deception, and related offenses will decline, further strengthening public order.

"Consequently, residents' confidence in government operations will increase, reinforcing Uttar Pradesh's development under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's guidance," it concluded.

The Uttar Pradesh government recently implemented an extensive verification operation to identify and repatriate undocumented immigrants, including Rohingyas and Bangladeshis, currently residing in the state.

Government officials emphasized that these "infiltrators" are utilizing resources rightfully belonging to legitimate citizens who are entitled to these benefits.
