15-year-old Girl Sexually Assaulted, Impregnated By Father In Uttar Pradesh

Moradabad (UP):

A police officer reported on Monday that a 15-year-old girl has accused her father of repeatedly sexually assaulting her, resulting in pregnancy.

The mother of the Class 8 student filed a formal complaint at Thakurdwara police station on Sunday, according to the officer.

The complaint states that the 50-year-old father, who works as a contractor, began sexually abusing his daughter approximately three months ago after divorcing her mother through triple talaq and forcing the mother to leave the home.

According to the complaint, the father allegedly threatened to hurt the girl's younger brother if she revealed the abuse to anyone, and he also prevented her from attending school.

Following another assault on Saturday night, the girl used her father's phone to contact her mother and disclosed the entire situation, including her pregnancy.

The mother revealed that the man threatened to harm their son if she reported the matter to authorities.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Kunwar Akash Singh stated that the accused has fled and authorities have admitted the girl to a hospital for medical examination.
