Man in Agra Wears Helmet While Driving Car After Receiving Unusual Traffic Fine

A teacher from Agra, Uttar Pradesh has adopted the unusual practice of wearing a motorcycle helmet while driving his car after police fined him Rs 1,100 for not wearing one during car operation. This bizarre incident highlights potential confusion in traffic law enforcement, as helmets are typically required for two-wheeler drivers, not car operators who should wear seatbelts instead.
