A disturbing video has surfaced from Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, showing a young woman being violently abducted by a group of individuals while she was engaged in Garba practice.
The unsettling incident occurred on Saturday evening and caused immediate alarm among onlookers, subsequently sparking outrage across social media platforms.
According to eyewitness accounts, the woman had relocated to Mandsaur from Rajasthan with a young man and had been residing in the area for several months. Reports indicate she was already married, and her decision to live away from her family had provoked anger among her relatives.
During the incident, family members arrived at Bhavsar Dharamshala, forcibly removed her in plain sight of the public, and allegedly brandished what appeared to be a firearm to intimidate witnesses.

The dramatic abduction, captured on video, prompted immediate public concern. Kotwali police responded rapidly after receiving a Dial 112 emergency call. Authorities established four police teams and blockaded all possible exit routes from the area.
Within two hours, law enforcement apprehended all suspects, including one female accomplice, and successfully rescued the victim. Officers also confiscated a toy pistol and the vehicle used during the abduction.
Inspector Pushpendra Singh Rathore stated, "We have taken the accused into custody. Preliminary investigation suggests this stems from a domestic dispute. The woman had separated from her husband due to his alcohol addiction and physical violence. The investigation continues to progress."
