Arrested in Srinagar, Bilal allegedly provided technical support by modifying drones and attempting to make rockets while working closely with suicide bomber Umar un Nabi. A suicide blast near Delhi's Red Fort metro station claimed nine lives including 35-year-old Jumman Mohammed and 22-year-old Pankaj Saini, both sole breadwinners for their families. The National Investigation Agency has taken over the investigation of the attack that occurred shortly after authorities recovered nearly 3,000 kg of explosives in nearby Faridabad.
