Kash Patel's Partner Sues Podcaster For $5 Million For Calling Her Israeli Spy

Alexis Wilkins, partner of FBI director Kash Patel, has initiated a $5 million defamation lawsuit against conservative podcaster Elijah Schaffer for allegedly claiming she was an Israeli spy.

Court documents reveal that Schaffer has been accused of "perpetuating a malicious lie" by suggesting that Wilkins, an American-born country singer, was functioning as "an agent of a foreign government" tasked with compromising the FBI Director, according to Newsweek reporting.

The legal filing contends that Schaffer utilized this fabricated narrative to generate social media engagement and attention.

The specific incident cited in the complaint occurred on September 14, when Schaffer retweeted content suggesting Wilkins was a "honeypot" agent. Although the retweet contained no words from Schaffer himself, the lawsuit argues that his intent was clearly understood by viewers.

In his response to the allegations, Schaffer has firmly denied calling Wilkins a "honeypot," as reported by Prime Timer. He points out that the lawsuit itself acknowledges his post was a "wordless reply," containing no direct written accusations against Wilkins.

Schaffer maintains that the defamation claim lacks foundation since his post made no explicit references to Wilkins, Patel, or any espionage allegations.

Furthermore, Schaffer has suggested the legal action is effectively being driven by Kash Patel. He claims the couple targeted him because of his previous social media commentary regarding "the state of Israel," insisting he never mentioned either of them by name.

Characterizing the lawsuit, Schaffer called it "totally delusional and paranoid legal behaviour."

This is not Wilkins' first legal action of this nature. She has previously filed multiple lawsuits, including a defamation case against former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin in August for allegedly exploiting the fabricated narrative for "self-enriching clickbait," and another against Sam Parker, who previously ran for US Senate in Utah.

In a separate controversy, FBI Director Kash Patel reportedly used a $60 million FBI jet to attend his partner's singing performance at a wrestling event in Nashville. The couple has been in a relationship for two years.
