Police Officer Assaulted with Chair During Violent Brawl at New Jersey Domino's Pizza

The police officer who was struck during the incident received treatment at the scene and is anticipated to make a full recovery.

A chaotic confrontation broke out at a Domino's Pizza location in Glassboro, New Jersey during the early hours of Sunday morning, culminating in two individuals allegedly attacking a law enforcement officer. According to local authorities, police were dispatched to the establishment at approximately 2:44 am following reports of a significant disturbance, as reported by Fox News.

While officers were attempting to detain several individuals, two suspects allegedly lifted a chair and hurled it at one officer, striking him in the back of the head. Witnesses described the perpetrators as appearing "extremely hysterical" as they departed from the location.

Security camera footage from the Domino's reveals a scene of disorder, with patrons wearing Halloween costumes, individuals standing on tables and chairs, and numerous bystanders recording the incident on their mobile devices as the situation intensified. The video captures two men grabbing a red chair and throwing it offscreen, prompting onlookers to film the disturbance before quickly dispersing.

The Glassboro Police Department has shared images of the suspects and is requesting public assistance in identifying them. Anyone possessing relevant information is strongly encouraged to contact law enforcement officials.

"At approximately 2:44 am, this morning Officers responded to Domino's Pizza for a large fight that erupted inside the store," stated the Glassboro Police Department in a Facebook post that included video footage of the altercation.

"While officers were making multiple arrests two males, seen in this attached video (black male wearing gray jacket and black male wearing light blue sweatshirt) picked up a chair and threw it at our officers, striking one of them in the back of the head. Not only was this intentional, they found it extremely hysterical while they ran from the scene. We need your help in identifying them," the police statement continued.

The officer who sustained injuries was provided medical attention at the scene and is expected to recover fully.
