Charlie Kirk's daughter was captured on video recognizing her father's poster outside the Turning Point USA headquarters.
Erika Kirk recently shared an emotional video showing their three-year-old daughter spotting a poster of her late father, conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. As they drove past the Turning Point USA building, the young child excitedly exclaimed, "I see Daddy!"
In her touching caption accompanying the video, Erika wrote, "Her saying your name, as she witnesses all you've built and continue to build, proves that love never dies-it just changes form. It breathes through our children."
She further reflected that their daughter carries on Charlie's enduring legacy, noting, "This is her legacy also. And as she grows up and continues to say your name, I'll be reminding her that each time heaven leans in to listen."
Erika concluded with heartfelt words, "I love you, Charlie baby. I'm so proud of you. We all are incredibly proud of you."
The video quickly garnered numerous supportive comments, with one person writing, "You are going to hear from millions of us about how much we LOVE your dad and how he changed our lives!"
Another commenter expressed, "Absolutely heartbroken. What a sweet and precious little girl."
A third comment read, "Oh little one...it's so evident, to the whole world, how much your daddy loved you, your brother, and your mommy. The whole world loves him. And in extension, we love you."
Charlie Kirk, who founded Turning Point USA, was fatally shot on September 10 while delivering a speech at Utah Valley University.
Following this tragedy, the Trump administration initiated investigations into left-wing organizations potentially connected to political violence, employing federal agencies including the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, and IRS.
As an influential conservative figure, Kirk had been instrumental in mobilizing young voters for Trump's 2024 campaign. His perspectives on LGBTQ+ rights, civil rights, and free speech earned him both admiration and criticism. While his supporters viewed him as a defender of conservative values, critics considered his views extremist.
After Kirk's passing, US President Donald Trump honored him as a "martyr for American freedom" and vowed to continue his work. Both chambers of Congress subsequently passed resolutions designating October 14, Kirk's birthday, as a "National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk."
