Punjabi Singer Attacked in Canada: Rohit Godara Gang Claims Responsibility and Issues Threats to Rivals

Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara are wanted by the National Investigation Agency

In a recent escalation of gang violence in Canada, associates of gangster Rohit Godara have claimed responsibility for attacking Punjabi singer Teji Kahlon. Through a social media post, the gang alleged Kahlon was targeted for providing weapons and financial support to rival gangs while acting as their informant.

In their Facebook statement, individuals identifying themselves as Mahender Saran Dilana, Rahul Rinau, and Vicky Phalwan confirmed that Kahlon sustained a stomach wound during the shooting. They issued a stark warning: "We carried out the shooting in Canada at Teji Kahlon. He was shot in the stomach. If he understands, fine. If not, next time we will finish him."

The gang members accused the Punjabi singer of financially supporting rival gangs, supplying weapons, and providing intelligence against their organization.

Their threatening message extended beyond Kahlon to anyone supporting rival factions, including businessmen, builders, and financial intermediaries. The post warned: "If anyone, even by mistake, supports our enemies or helps them in any way, we will not spare their families. We'll destroy them. This is a warning to all brothers, businessmen, builders, hawala operators, and whoever else."

The gang explicitly stated that anyone assisting their enemies would automatically become targets of the Rohit Godara gang, concluding that this incident was "just the beginning."

This attack follows another recent incident where Hari Boxer, a close associate of Lawrence Bishnoi, was shot in the United States. Godara claimed responsibility for this attack as well, stating in a purported Facebook post that he and Goldy Brar orchestrated the California shooting, which resulted in one death and another hospitalization.

These incidents reflect a pattern of escalating gang warfare across North America. Last month, Godara publicly accused Lawrence Bishnoi of being a traitor, claiming he had formed an alliance with an American agency and shared sensitive information.

In that unverified social media post, Godara alleged that Lawrence had cooperated with American authorities to protect his brother Anmol and now provides intelligence information to them. He further claimed that Lawrence plans to target actor Salman Khan to gain notoriety.

Both Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara are currently wanted by the National Investigation Agency and several state police departments in India. Intelligence suggests Brar may be hiding in the United States, while Godara is believed to be in the United Kingdom. Meanwhile, Lawrence Bishnoi remains incarcerated in a Gujarat jail.
