Charlie Kirk's Shooter Showed "Warning Signs" Before Assassination: FBI
Tyler Robinson, the accused killer of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, may have been "aided and abetted" by an "extended network," the FBI suggested on Monday.

Charlie Kirk was fatally shot while attending an event at Utah Valley University.
The FBI indicated on Monday that Tyler Robinson, the alleged assassin of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, may have been "aided and abetted" by a broader network of individuals.
According to The NY Post, investigators identified "multiple warning signs" preceding the deadly shooting.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when Charlie Kirk was killed during his appearance at Utah Valley University. Tyler Robinson, the suspected gunman, was apprehended the following day.
Speaking to Fox News, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino revealed that investigators are exploring whether the assassination was "part of a larger effort," potentially involving financial assistance or individuals who knew about the plot but remained silent. "We'll also be issuing numerous subpoenas to determine if there was any extended network involved," he stated.
"Robinson appears to have exhibited several warning signs that he was becoming radicalized," Mr Bongino noted. "People within his social circle, including friends and family members, had mentioned that he had become increasingly political."
Investigators are examining online communities connected to Tyler Robinson, including pro-transgender groups, "furry" communities focused on animal personas, and gaming networks on Steam. Mr Bongino suggested that attendees at the event are also being investigated.
Markings on unused shell casings contained phrases such as "If you read this, you are gay LMAO," and referenced the Italian song "Bella ciao."
The FBI has categorized the killing as a "politically motivated attack."
At the time of the shooting, Tyler Robinson was cohabiting with his transgender partner, Lance Twiggs, who is transitioning from male to female. Twiggs has been fully cooperative with law enforcement and is not considered a suspect in the investigation.
A family member of Lance Twiggs who is assisting authorities stated, "I believe Tyler's condition deteriorated significantly during their year-long relationship... However, my intuition suggests that [the roommate] was the more influential party."
