Charlie Kirk's Strategic Advice to Netanyahu on Countering Anti-Israel Sentiment Before His Assassination

Before his tragic assassination in September, right-wing commentator Charlie Kirk sent a detailed seven-page letter to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu offering strategic advice on combating anti-Israel sentiment, particularly among Generation Z. Kirk emphasized the need for a rapid response media team and better communication of Israel's value as a US ally, expressing concern that losing the information war could eventually diminish American support for Israel.

What Charlie Kirk Advised Benjamin Netanyahu To Counter 'Anti-Israel' Sentiment

Kirk expressed concern that Israel was losing the information battle.

Bareilly:

Charlie Kirk, the right-wing activist and commentator who was assassinated in early September, had urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to prioritize winning the "information warfare" rather than "subcontracting" this crucial effort to "surrogates in America."

"Mr Prime Minister, I urge you to REVAMP your information warfare strategy from top to bottom," Kirk stated emphatically.

In a comprehensive seven-page letter, Kirk highlighted the growing "anti-Israel sentiment" among Generation Z, which he had observed during his interactions with college students. The detailed May 2 note also addressed the concerning rise in "anti-Israel and anti-Semitic trends" across social media platforms, as reported by The NY Post.

"My team and I have spent months analysing these trends and debating ideas that could help you and your country push back against these disturbing developments," he wrote. "Anti-Israel sentiment can undermine American support for Israel."

Kirk's primary recommendation to Netanyahu was: "You need a rapid response media team," similar to President Trump's White House Rapid Response 47 team.

"You are an eloquent defender of Israel, but you need a team of information warriors out there pushing back every day in real time," he advised the Israeli Prime Minister.

He recommended "putting together a team of pro-Israel experts who can fact-check misinformation in real time from Israel."

Kirk also suggested that Netanyahu consider organizing speaking tours across the United States featuring released hostages.

"Interview regular Israelis and see what they think about the country," he proposed, adding that Israel could improve its communication regarding the threat posed by Iran.

"A paradigm shift is needed in how Israel presents itself to the world, especially on social media," he emphasized.

Another key recommendation concerned Israel's image. "Consumers of social media are aware of the billions in supplies we send to Israel, but they're less aware of what America gets in return," he noted, suggesting that Netanyahu's team needed to better articulate on social media how Israel serves as a valuable ally to America and is vital to U.S. national security.

"Israel needs to better portray itself as a member of 'TeamHumanity,'" Kirk advised.

Kirk expressed deep concern that Israel was losing the information war, which he believed would "eventually translate into less political and military support from America."

"The Holy Land is so important to my life, and it pains me to see support for Israel slip away."

On September 10, Kirk was fatally shot while speaking at Utah Valley University. Twenty-two-year-old Tyler Robinson was apprehended the following day. He now faces potential capital punishment on an aggravated murder charge.
