Prince William Says 2024 Was The Hardest Year Of His Life

Prince William recently revealed to "Schitt's Creek" actor Eugene Levy that 2024 has been the most challenging year of his life.

During his appearance on Levy's Apple TV+ series "The Reluctant Traveler," the Prince opened up about his personal struggles during a year that saw both his wife Kate, the Princess of Wales, and his father King Charles III undergo cancer treatments.

"I'd say 2024 was the hardest year I've ever had," William confided to Levy in a preview of the upcoming episode. "Life is said to test us as well, and being able to overcome that is what makes us who we are."

The episode, scheduled to air on October 3, features William giving Levy a tour of Windsor Castle before the two enjoy a conversation over drinks at a local pub.

Kate announced in January that her cancer was in remission, and she has gradually resumed her public duties in recent months. The royal couple played significant roles during President Donald Trump's recent state visit to the United Kingdom.

King Charles has also returned to his public responsibilities after taking several months away last year to focus on his treatment and recovery.

Neither the King nor the Princess of Wales has disclosed the specific type of cancer they were treated for.
