Delhi Air Quality Remains "Very Poor" with AQI 360: Fog and 100% Humidity Forecast

Delhi residents continued to struggle with toxic air as the city experienced "very poor" air quality on Saturday, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

The capital's overall Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 360 in the 9 am hourly bulletin. The CPCB classifies air quality measurements with an AQI between 0-50 as good, 51-100 as satisfactory, 101-200 as moderate, 201-300 as poor, 301-400 as very poor, and 401-500 as severe.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that Delhi registered a minimum temperature of 11.8 degrees Celsius.

Forecasts from the IMD indicate fog throughout the day, with maximum temperatures expected to reach approximately 28.2 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was measured at 100 percent at 8:30 am, the weather department added.
