In his address to business leaders and industrialists, CM Sai emphasized that Gujarat and Chhattisgarh would serve as essential contributors to developing a more advanced India. He highlighted the complementary relationship between Gujarat's industrial expertise and Chhattisgarh's abundant natural and human resources.

The Chief Minister detailed recent governmental initiatives, noting that over 350 policy reforms have been implemented in the past 22 months to enhance the ease of doing business in the state.
Investors now benefit from faster approvals through a single-window clearance system, and special incentives have been introduced for industries establishing operations in tribal regions such as Bastar and Surguja.
According to Sai, Chhattisgarh has already attracted investment proposals totaling more than Rs 7.5 lakh crore to date.
Currently ranked second nationwide for coal production, Chhattisgarh recently garnered Rs 3.5 lakh crore in proposals during its Energy Summit.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that Naya Raipur is being transformed into an IT and AI Data Centre hub, drawing significant interest from semiconductor and electronics companies.

Notable officials attending the event included Chief Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh, Industries Secretary Rajat Kumar, Chief Minister's Secretary Rahul Bhagat, and CSIDC Managing Director Vishwesh Kumar.
