Auto Driver Fatally Stabbed in Premeditated Attack at Telangana Bus Stop Due to Personal Rivalry

In a tragic incident at a Telangana bus stop in Cyberabad, personal animosity led to the fatal stabbing of an auto rickshaw driver in what appears to be a carefully orchestrated attack.

Roshan Kumar Singh, a 22-year-old auto driver with an extensive criminal background, had previously aligned himself with someone named Shareef while opposing Bala Showreddy. According to police reports, Singh had threatened Showreddy, stating he would "end his life" if he meddled in Shareef's affairs.

Seeking vengeance, Showreddy meticulously planned the murder. He purchased a knife from Amazon and enlisted the help of Mahmood and Aditya to carry out his scheme.

The attack occurred on Wednesday when Showreddy lured Singh to the Jagadgirigutta Bus Stop. While they were engaged in conversation, Mahmood restrained Singh from behind, allowing Showreddy to repeatedly stab him in the chest, abdomen, and back. Following the assault, the three suspects fled the scene on a motorcycle before being apprehended by authorities.

Despite receiving medical treatment, Singh succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The Cyberabad Police issued a statement expressing concern that several bystanders recorded the brutal attack on their mobile phones instead of promptly alerting law enforcement. They also warned that "anyone found to have directly or indirectly supported or abetted the commission of the offence shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law".
