The Dahlias is a prestigious component of DLF's DLF5 Golf Links residential communities in Gurugram.

A Delhi-NCR based businessman has acquired four luxury apartments in DLF's The Dahlias located on Golf Course Road, Gurugram for an impressive Rs 380 crore. Sources indicate this transaction represents the largest real estate deal in Delhi-NCR within the super-luxury housing segment. The purchased apartments collectively cover 35,000 square feet. Rizin Advisory, a real estate consultancy and brokerage firm, facilitated this significant deal. Kshitij Jain, who founded Rizin Advisory, has verified his firm's involvement in the transaction.

Market sources reveal that the buyer already possesses a residence in The Camellias and has purchased these four apartments in The Dahlias as an upgrade to their real estate portfolio.

Situated in Sector 54 of Gurugram, The Dahlias is part of DLF's exclusive DLF5 Golf Links communities, which also include other premium properties like The Camellias, The Aralias, and The Magnolias.

The development spans approximately 7.5 million square feet and comprises 420 upscale residences distributed across 29 floors in eight towers.

According to a report from commercial real estate company JLL India, premium apartments valued over Rs 1 crore experienced a four percent year-on-year growth in sales during the first nine months of 2025. This growth was primarily driven by a 10 percent increase in demand for housing units in the Rs 1.5 to 3 crore segment.

The report further indicates that Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune collectively represented over 60 percent of residential sales volume across India's top seven cities during January-September 2025.
