The guardrails which were hit by the bus collapsed, indicating the severity of the accident.

Just one day following a tragic incident where 20 individuals lost their lives when a luxury bus caught fire in Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool district, another accident occurred involving a private bus that overturned while journeying from Hyderabad to Guntur in Andhra Pradesh on Saturday. All 20 passengers on the bus suffered injuries and were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

Footage shows the bus lying on its right side with rescue personnel surrounding it on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Pedda Amberpet municipality in Telangana's Ranga Reddy district. The collapsed guardrails that were struck by the bus demonstrate the force of the collision.

Police forces, ORR maintenance staff, and local community members promptly initiated rescue operations at the accident site.

On Friday, a separate incident occurred when a bus carrying 43 passengers caught fire during its journey from Hyderabad to Bengaluru.

According to Vikrant Patil, Superintendent of Police in Kurnool, "Around 3 am, a bus traveling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru collided with a two-wheeler, which became lodged under the bus. This likely generated a spark that ignited the fire."

A video that went viral on Saturday revealed the motorcyclist, 22-year-old B Shiva Shankar, riding dangerously, possibly intoxicated, before the collision with the bus.
