9-Year-Old Bengaluru Student Hospitalized After Alleged Assault by School Principal with PVC Pipe

A disturbing case of school violence has emerged from Bengaluru where a nine-year-old student was hospitalized after allegedly being beaten with a PVC pipe by his school principal. Police have filed charges against three school officials following the mother's complaint, which included photographic evidence of the child's injuries. When confronted, the school administration reportedly threatened the family and pressured them to withdraw the student.

A nine-year-old student has been hospitalized in Bengaluru following an alleged violent assault by his school principal.

According to the police report filed by the child's mother, Principal Rakesh Kumar allegedly beat the boy with a PVC pipe on October 14, resulting in multiple bruises and blood clots.

The mother provided law enforcement with substantial evidence, including videos and photographs documenting her son's injuries, along with the child's personal account of the incident.

When confronting the school administration about the assault, the mother claims she was met with threats and pressured to withdraw her son from the institution by taking his transfer certificate.

Following the incident, authorities have registered a case against three individuals: Principal Rakesh Kumar for the assault, teacher Chandrika for allegedly restraining the student during the incident, and school owner Vijay Kumar who allegedly witnessed the assault without taking action to stop it.
