Commuters were left astounded when a group of Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) employees engaged in a violent confrontation at Delhi's Nizamuddin Railway Station platform. The incident, captured on video, has since circulated widely on social media channels.

What began as a verbal disagreement quickly escalated into a chaotic brawl featuring dustbins being hurled, belts wielded as weapons, and physical blows exchanged in full view of the public, drawing comparisons to professional wrestling's Royal Rumble events.

The altercation, which took place at one of Delhi's major railway terminals, shows IRCTC staff in uniform initially involved in a heated exchange before the situation deteriorated into physical violence.

According to the viral footage—which has been extensively shared across social media platforms—the conflict erupted following an apparent disagreement between two groups of IRCTC workers. The situation escalated rapidly when one individual grabbed a large platform dustbin and hurled it at another person, triggering a cascade of violence.

What ensued was a barrage of physical attacks including kicks, slaps, and punches as employees—some still in their official uniforms—charged at each other while stunned passengers looked on. The video shows at least one employee removing his belt to use as a weapon against a colleague, while others responded with their fists.

In the background, shocked travelers can be seen attempting to distance themselves from the melee, with some recording the incident on their mobile devices while others remained motionless as the confrontation intensified.

The prestigious Vande Bharat train, a flagship service of Indian Railways' semi-high-speed network, was positioned at the same platform during the incident.

Additional footage shows Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel rushing to the scene to intervene. Officers can be observed attempting to control the situation by separating the combatants and issuing verbal commands.
