London's Science Museum celebrates as the Energy Revolution: The Adani Green Energy Gallery welcomes its millionth visitor. The award-winning free exhibition showcases sustainable energy innovations from around the world, attracting over 10,000 students while highlighting the critical importance of energy transition and decarbonization in combating climate change.

Energy Revolution: The Adani Green Energy Gallery, an award-winning free exhibition at London's Science Museum, has reached a significant milestone of welcoming one million visitors, including over 10,000 students, since its inauguration last year, the company announced on Thursday.

The gallery focuses on exploring the urgent energy transition and decarbonization efforts essential for mitigating climate change impacts.

Visitors can experience an impressive collection of contemporary and historic artifacts, interactive digital displays, and custom-commissioned models that collectively illustrate how human creativity and innovation have shaped energy systems throughout history and continue to influence their future development.

Sagar Adani, Executive Director of Adani Green Energy, expressed pride in the gallery's impact: "We are honoured to witness Energy Revolution: The Adani Green Energy Gallery inspiring a million minds and igniting conversations around sustainability and innovation. The gallery showcases diverse technologies and projects from around the world, featuring hydrogen power initiatives in Orkney, terracotta air-cooling facades from India, and solar farms in Morocco. It has proven particularly popular among families and educational groups, with more than 10,000 students having explored the gallery during educational visits since its opening.

The free-to-enter gallery opened at the Science Museum on March 24 last year and is located on Level 2 in the West Hall.

The gallery, designed by architectural and design studio Unknown Works, recently received recognition with a Retrofit and Reuse Award from the Architect's Journal for its sustainable design and installation approach.
