IndiGo Launches Direct Flights from Delhi to Guangzhou and Hanoi, Resuming India-China Air Connectivity After Five Years

IndiGo is expanding its international network with new direct flights from Delhi to Guangzhou (China) and Hanoi (Vietnam) starting November 10 and December 20 respectively. This marks the resumption of direct air services between India and China after more than five years, following the airline's earlier announcement of reestablishing Kolkata-Guangzhou route from October 26.

Direct air connectivity between India and China is set to resume after a hiatus of more than five years.

IndiGo is expanding its international flight network with the announcement of new direct services from Delhi to Guangzhou, China, and Hanoi, Vietnam, commencing November 10.

The airline revealed on October 2 that it will also reestablish services between Kolkata and Guangzhou starting October 26, marking the resumption of direct air travel between India and China after a gap exceeding five years.

According to Saturday's announcement, IndiGo's Delhi-Guangzhou route will be operational from November 10, while the Delhi-Hanoi service will begin on December 20.

This expansion follows IndiGo's recent addition of several new international destinations to its network, including London and Athens. The carrier also launched its Mumbai-Copenhagen service earlier this week, further strengthening its global presence.
