A dramatic dashcam video captured the moment a huge boulder crashed onto a moving car in Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh, with occupants miraculously escaping unharmed. This incident comes amid a series of landslides in the region, including a fatal one in Bilaspur that claimed 15 lives and another that completely blocked National Highway 5, highlighting the increasing dangers in India's mountainous northern regions during monsoon season.

A terrifying incident was captured on dashcam as a massive boulder crashed down onto a moving car in Himachal Pradesh, India. The frightening event occurred at Nathpa Point in Kinnaur district last week.

The front portion of the vehicle sustained severe damage, yet remarkably, all occupants escaped without injuries. The exact number of people inside the car during this incident remains unknown.

The video footage shows the boulder tumbling down the hillside, striking the front of the car before ultimately plunging into the river below.

This near-miss incident follows a tragic event that happened just days before in the Bilaspur district. There, a deadly landslide triggered by heavy rainfall hit the Balughat area within the Jhanduta subdivision. The disaster buried a passenger bus, resulting in 15 fatalities.

In response to that tragedy, local residents, police forces, and disaster relief teams quickly mobilized to the location. Rescue workers utilized an excavator to cut through the bus roof to access and evacuate passengers.

In yet another incident in the Kinnaur region, a significant landslide at Choura completely blocked National Highway 5 (NH-5). Substantial amounts of rock and debris covered the roadway, causing extensive traffic disruptions with long lines of vehicles backed up on both sides of the obstruction.
