Tragic Murder-Suicide in Karnataka: Mother Suffering Mental Health Issues Kills Daughter Before Taking Own Life

In a tragic incident in Karnataka's Shivamogga, a 38-year-old woman allegedly took the life of her 12-year-old daughter before ending her own life.

The devastating event took place within the nurses' quarters of a government hospital where the family resided.

The discovery was made when the woman's husband, employed as a laboratory technician at the same hospital, returned home following his night shift only to find their residence locked from inside.

Growing concerned, he enlisted neighbors' assistance to break down the door, revealing a heartbreaking scene inside.

His daughter Poorvika, a 6th grade student, was found with severe head injuries, while his wife Shruti was discovered hanging above the child's body.
