Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta conducted a traditional havan ceremony at the newly established BJP Delhi headquarters located on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg on Monday, ahead of its official inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The ceremony was attended by several Delhi Ministers including Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Supriya Swaraj, Ashish Sood and Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma. Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva was also present at the event.

During her interaction with the media, Chief Minister Gupta expressed her congratulations to all BJP workers on the newly constructed party headquarters, stating, "I congratulate all the party workers. It is a historic moment to see the world's biggest party's headquarter built in the Capital. This will also motivate the thousands of party workers. It will be inaugurated by PM Modi. I consider myself very fortunate, as I am also a party worker of the BJP."

Earlier on Sunday night, Chief Minister Gupta had congratulated Team India on their decisive victory over Pakistan in the Asia Cup final, describing it as a "historic" win during the Navratri festival of Maa Durga and a moment of joy for the entire nation of 144 crore people.

In another recent development, Rekha Gupta inaugurated a newly constructed flyover at Nand Nagri. She highlighted that this long-pending infrastructure project had been completed within a short timeframe under her government's administration.

Speaking about the flyover project, Chief Minister Gupta noted, "The work, which was pending for years, was followed up by our government in a short time as soon as it came to power, and today it has been completed for the public at a cost of Rs. 180 crore."

Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma further reinforced the government's commitment to enhancing connectivity in the Yamuna region, stating to ANI, "Whatever flyovers and roads need to be built across the Yamuna Paar to streamline the traffic flow, the Delhi government will undertake all these works... There is no shortage of funds."
