The Delhi High Court has directed Priya Sachdev Kapur to provide details regarding the personal assets of her deceased husband Sunjay Kapur.

Priya Sachdev Kapur, the third spouse of industrialist Sunjay Kapur who passed away in June, has submitted an application to the Delhi High Court requesting a non-disclosure agreement to protect information about her late husband's personal assets.
In her filing, Priya Kapur requested that Karisma Kapoor's children and Sunjay's mother Rani Kapur sign a confidentiality agreement, citing concerns about "cybersecurity" and other safety issues. Karisma Kapoor was previously married to Sunjay Kapur as his second wife.
During the previous hearing, the court instructed Priya Kapur to disclose details of her late husband's personal assets.
In her response, she agreed to provide this information in a sealed envelope but emphasized the need for non-disclosure agreements from all parties who would access the disclosed information.
The court has scheduled the next hearing for 10 am tomorrow, when Priya Kapur will also submit the sealed documents.
Recently, Priya Kapur participated in the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) meeting. She has been appointed to ACMA's executive committee for 2025-26, with her updated professional profile reflecting this position effective September 12.
Sunjay Kapur, who served as chairman of Sona Comstar and held the position of ACMA chairperson, died in June while participating in a polo match in the United Kingdom.
The legal dispute involving Priya Kapur concerns her late husband's estate valued at approximately Rs 30,000 crore. The case before the Delhi High Court includes allegations from Sunjay Kapur's children from his first marriage, Samaira and Kiaan, along with his mother and sister, who have questioned the legitimacy of Sunjay Kapur's will.
Sunjay Kapur's children, represented by their legal guardian Karisma Kapoor, have alleged that Priya Kapur falsified the will, which reportedly leaves the entire estate to her, effectively excluding them from inheritance.
Priya Kapur has refuted these accusations, stating that Samaira and Kiaan had previously received assets worth Rs 1,900 crore from a family trust before initiating the lawsuit. She maintains the will's validity and has requested the court to dismiss what she considers unfounded allegations.
