World Listens to PM Modi as India Rises: RSS Chief Bhagwat Highlights Nation's Growing Global Influence

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has emphasized that global leaders attentively listen when Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaks, attributing this phenomenon to India's growing manifestation of strength and reclamation of its rightful position on the world stage.

Speaking at a ceremony in Pune commemorating the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's centenary, Bhagwat reflected that organizations should focus less on celebrating milestones and more on accomplishing their missions within designated timeframes.

"This has been the Sangh's approach consistently. Despite completing 100 years while facing numerous challenges and weathering multiple storms, we must reflect on why unifying the entire society has required such an extended period," he addressed the audience.

Bhagwat expressed the widely held belief that when India rises, global problems find resolution, conflicts decrease, and peace flourishes. "Historical records confirm this pattern, which we must reestablish. Current global circumstances demand this contribution from India. This is precisely why Sangh volunteers have worked tirelessly from the beginning with determination to fulfill this mission," he elaborated.

Highlighting India's ascending global influence, Bhagwat remarked, "Why does the world listen so attentively to Prime Minister Modi? Because India is now projecting its strength appropriately where it should, compelling the world to take notice."

Acknowledging the sacrifices made by RSS founder Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, who established the Hindutva organization in Nagpur in 1925, Bhagwat recalled how early Sangh volunteers pursued their mission amidst significant adversities and uncertainties.

The initial stages offered no guarantee of success, Bhagwat noted. "These dedicated volunteers planted the seeds of achievement and created pathways for transformation through their lifelong commitment. We must remain perpetually grateful to them," he added.

Sharing an anecdote with the gathering, Bhagwat mentioned being told once that the Sangh arrived 30 years late. "My response was that we weren't late—rather, society began listening to us belatedly," he stated.

Bhagwat clarified that when the Sangh advocates for dialogue and collective effort, it encompasses the entire society. "Our foundation is built on unity through diversity. We must progress together, with Dharma serving as our essential guide. In India, all philosophical traditions emerge from a singular source. Because everything is interconnected, we must advance in harmony," he concluded.
