Apple's iOS 26.1 beta 4 update now allows iPhone users to adjust the transparency of the Liquid Glass interface between 'clear' and 'tinted' modes, addressing complaints about eye strain and excessive reflectivity. The new customization option, also being tested on iPad and Mac, is expected to roll out with the full iOS 26.1 release in late October or early November.
