Juvenile Under Marijuana Influence Stabs Man After Being Denied Bidi in East Delhi

A 16-year-old marijuana user was apprehended in East Delhi after stabbing a man who refused to give him a bidi. The victim was discovered unconscious with multiple stab wounds by an emergency response team and was rushed to hospital where his life was saved. The juvenile, a school dropout and habitual drug user, confessed to attacking with intent to kill.
