A catastrophic collision between a high-speed benzene tanker and an LPG cylinder-loaded truck on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway resulted in massive explosions, one confirmed fatality, and significant disruption. The accident, captured on video by nearby witnesses who ran for their lives when the cylinders began exploding, caused cylinders to fly up to 200 meters and created traffic jams stretching seven kilometers. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma called the incident "extremely tragic" as emergency teams worked for hours to control the blaze.
