A woman sustained critical internal injuries after being forcefully pushed from a moving Kerala Express train by an intoxicated passenger near Varkala. The suspect, Suresh Kumar from Thiruvananthapuram, has been apprehended by railway police. The victim was discovered on tracks two kilometers from the station and rushed to medical care, while her companion narrowly escaped a similar fate.
