India Launches Indigenous 4G Network: Joining Global Elite in Telecom Manufacturing Excellence

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated BSNL's homegrown 4G network worth Rs 37,000 crore, positioning India alongside Denmark, Sweden, South Korea, and China in telecom equipment manufacturing. The cloud-based, 5G-ready network will connect over 26,700 unserved villages through environmentally sustainable solar-powered towers, serving 20 lakh new subscribers as part of the Digital India vision.
