Karnataka Police registered an FIR against a motorcyclist who posted offensive remarks on social media targeting a female Traffic Police Sub-Inspector in Bengaluru after being stopped for riding without a helmet while using his phone. The incident occurred at R R Circle in Rajajinagar where the rider refused to pay a fine and later shared a video with inappropriate comments about the officer.
